U.S. Air Force Colonel Jill Long has been a aerial refuling tanker pilot, flown an A-10 Warthog on over 50 combat missions in Afghanistan, and has been a squadron commander in Germany. In her spare tiime, she flies a Pitts S2B doing aerobatic routines at airshows across the country. Photographed for Women In Aviation during Airventure 2009, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
